Data Scientist – Remote (India)

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, process, and analyze large and complex datasets Build and optimize machine learning and predictive models Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities Develop statistical models to support business decision-making Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, and evaluation Design data visualizations and communicate insights to stakeholders Work with engineering teams to deploy models into production Develop and maintain reusable data pipelines and analytical workflows Monitor model performance and improve models based on new data Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data-driven solutions Document methodologies, experiments, models, and analytical findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Strong proficiency in Python Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and other data science libraries Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling Knowledge of regression, classification, clustering, and time-series techniques Experience with data visualization tools and libraries Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other Deep Learning frameworks Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI concepts Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Familiarity with Spark or other Big Data technologies Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring

Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows

Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
