Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Lead with 8-12 years of overall experience in managing and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud operations, Terraform automation, Linux system administration, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Cloud Operations: Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud resources. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize cloud operations. Automation & Deployment: Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate deployment and management processes using Terraform. Security & Compliance: Maintain and enhance security protocols to protect cloud resources and data, ensuring compliance with best practices. System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and reliability. Documentation & Support: Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and operational procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

AWS Experience: Proven experience in AWS cloud operations and management, with hands-on expertise in deploying and managing cloud resources. Linux Administration: Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and working with Linux-based systems in the cloud. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools for automating cloud infrastructure. CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar for continuous integration and deployment. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Communication: Strong communication skills to provide technical support and guidance to teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud security frameworks and protocols. Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization.
