Create detailed design documents and metadata. Customize modules in Amdocs CRM within a Scaled Agile delivery framework. Lead role includes working with business stakeholders for requirement elicitation and converting them into solution user stories. Deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines. Exposure to Telecom Domain is a must.
