Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking three skilled End User Computing Engineers to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidates will have 6-12 years of experience, with a strong background in troubleshooting and supporting end-user computing environments. Expertise in Windows 10 and Windows 11, MS Intune, and SCCM is essential. Candidates should be adept at handling migration issues, resolving incidents, and managing service requests in a shift-based work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to end-user computing, including hardware and software components. Address issues with Windows 10 and Windows 11, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.

MS Intune and SCCM Management

Utilize MS Intune and SCCM for tasks such as Autopilot, Device Management, Windows updates, and application deployment. Handle and solve issues during and after the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Incident and Request Management

Manage day-to-day incidents and service requests, resolving them promptly using the ITSM tool (ServiceNow). Ensure all activities meet agreed SLAs and contribute to efficient incident resolution, change management, and problem-solving.

Customer Support and Communication

Respond to customer requests effectively, providing clear and timely communication to address and resolve issues. Maintain strong communication with end-users to understand and address their needs.

Documentation and Reporting

Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and service requests to maintain accurate records. Provide reports and updates as required to track performance and progress.

Mandatory Skills

End User Computing L3 Skills: Expertise in managing and troubleshooting end-user computing environments. Intune and SCCM Troubleshooting Skills (L2 Level): Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing MS Intune and SCCM environments.

Desired Skills

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and team members. Experience with Office 365: Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products is a plus.
