Hiring for Azure AD B2C Architect in Bangalore

Job Description

We are looking for an Azure AD B2C Architect with over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Azure AD B2C. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and implementing IAM solutions and deep knowledge of Active Directory, Federation services, and other IAM technologies. You will play a crucial role in establishing IAM strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IAM strategies, architectures, and solutions tailored to meet customer needs and compliance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for IAM systems. Deploy and manage monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Nobl9 to track IAM performance and security. Integrate connectors for app integration and configure roles, policies, and certifications for governance compliance. Work closely with cross-functional teams (security, IT operations, and application teams) to ensure seamless IAM operations. Evaluate and enhance IAM processes to improve efficiency, security, and user experience. Create detailed documentation and provide training to internal teams on IAM best practices and tools.

Technical Expertise

Strong experience with Azure AD B2C and IAM technologies like Active Directory, Federation services, and protocols. Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools for managing user access, entitlements, and roles. Knowledge of SLO/SLI frameworks and experience with monitoring platforms like Dynatrace or Nobl9. Expertise in scripting and automating IAM processes using Python or PowerShell. Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards related to IAM.
