Your Role As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you’ll be a key player in driving our infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure platform evolution. You will collaborate closely with cloud architects, developers, and application engineers to deploy secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
You will
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Support automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Azure infrastructure (e.g., Landing Zones).
- Deploy and manage cloud resources including Azure VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage, and Azure AD.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) for automated deployments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues in collaboration with application teams.
- Apply cloud security best practices, and contribute to compliance and governance initiatives.
- Contribute to FinOps efforts to optimize cloud usage and manage costs.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and implement alerting solutions.
- Actively share knowledge and mentor peers within the cloud and DevOps communities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience as an Azure Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of core Azure services: Azure VMs, VNet, NSG, Azure Storage, Azure AD, etc.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred), Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics LCS for automated deployments.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration.
- Strong grasp of networking fundamentals: DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience implementing and maintaining cloud security best practices.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to FinOps principles related to cost optimization and cloud governance.
- Solid scripting abilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Microsoft Azure certifications like AZ-104 or AZ-305 (preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to GCP or AWS environments.
- Experience with Vault, Ansible, or other automation tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitoring/logging tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
