Roles and Responsibilities Drive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) digitization initiatives across the Infosys group. Collaborate with the C&B functional team and IT technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of functional requirements. Create detailed program plans and manage their execution through to closure with relevant teams. Act as the key facilitator for the overall digitization process.
Mandatory Skills C&B Digitization expertise. Strong HR background with a focus on analytics and business insights. Proven program management experience.
Desired Skills Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
