We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of CRM Lead with expertise in Power Automate. This role involves leading and managing projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and integrating it with Power Automate for streamlined business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM customizations and team management, with the ability to communicate effectively with onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Leadership: Lead and oversee projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and optimization of CRM systems. Power Automate: Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance business efficiency and process automation. Team Management: Manage and guide a team of CRM professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with onsite teams. Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript. Development Skills: Apply strong skills in C# programming, Web API’s, and Azure Functions to develop and integrate solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with onsite teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM online and customizations. Power Automate: Proficiency in using Power Automate for workflow automation. C#: Strong knowledge of C# for development tasks.

Desired Skills

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
