Roles and Responsibilities

As a CSG-ImE Developer, you will be responsible for:

CSG-ImE Development

Focus on CSG-ImE (Intelligent Mediation Engine) development, ensuring high performance and scalability in mediation systems. Understand and implement the requirements from a mediation perspective, ensuring integration and communication with upstream and downstream systems.

Mediation Design & Implementation

Design, develop, and implement mediation systems, ensuring that they align with both business and technical requirements. Work on configuration and customization tasks related to the CSG-ImE platform.

Collaboration & Troubleshooting

Engage with cross-functional teams to understand the system's needs, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the mediation platform. Participate in code reviews, ensure high-quality code, and support during implementation.

Support & Maintenance

Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation and monitor mediation systems for performance and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

CGDC (CSG-ImE Developer Certification or experience with the platform)

Desired Skills

Unix Shell Scripting Python Experience in the Telecom domain, particularly related to OSS/BSS systems.
