Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)

The Dynamics CRM Developer will be responsible for working on the Sales module and customizing various aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM. Key responsibilities include:

CRM Customization: Plugins, JavaScript, form/field customization, ribbon customization, and model-driven app customization. Workflows & Automation: Configuring and managing OOB CRM Workflows, Custom Flows, Business Process Flows, and Power Automate Flows. App Development: Customizing and developing Canvas Apps and Custom Pages within Dynamics 365 CRM. Collaborate with teams to implement technical solutions according to business requirements.
