Role Description
The primary responsibility of the role is to provide L1 Dynatrace administration support and troubleshoot issues related to Dynatrace APM (Application Performance Monitoring).
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B. Tech / BE / BSc. IT / MSc. IT
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
ITIL Certified or strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
Experience with Dynatrace and similar APM/Observability tools. Knowledge in APM areas for Java, .NET, and PHP.
Analytical Skills
Strong troubleshooting skills in fault isolation and rectification.
Good to Have Skills
Knowledge of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) processes. Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
Other Skills
Documentation and reporting. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and team player attitude. Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide L1 support in all Dynatrace activities. Troubleshoot and resolve APM issues. Maintain the stability of Dynatrace components. Perform application performance analysis. Handle user access creation, alerting, and tagging configuration. Monitor response times and web requests. Generate and analyze thread dumps. Provide performance tuning suggestions based on reports. Basic knowledge of UNIX commands. Customize and configure Dynatrace according to customer needs. Automation of processes using REST APIs. Knowledge of networking, databases, web applications, and backend services. Design and implement data visualization strategies. Work on API REST services for report generation. Provide 24x7 support.
