Role Description

The role involves providing L3-level Dynatrace administration support, overseeing Dynatrace processes, guiding the team, and managing special tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: B. Tech / BE

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience.

Skills: Experience in delivering infrastructure services in complex, high-availability environments. ITIL Certified or strong knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Dynatrace administration concepts. Expertise in APM-related areas for Java, .NET, and PHP. Ability to guide the team to resolve crises within SLAs. Knowledge of planning and managing new projects, functionalities, migrations, and upgrades. Strong background in cloud implementation.

Analytical Skills

Expertise in technical fault isolation and troubleshooting.

Process Skills

Experience resolving service requests and following processes. Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.

Other Skills

Experience handling customer interactions, managing expectations, and negotiating compromises. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.

Experience in team management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Providing L1/L2/L3 support for all Dynatrace activities. Expertise in End2End Dynatrace implementation.

Experience with cloud implementations.

Configuring Process and Service detection rules. Handling new configurations based on customer requirements. Ability to identify and resolve key problem areas as described by the customer. Strong knowledge of all Dynatrace services and functionalities. Expertise in problem-solving within customer deadlines. Experience raising and following up on support tickets. Communicate the benefits of APM solutions to customers. Manage application architecture and downtime impacts. Prepare shift rosters and manage team members. Knowledge of Synthetic Monitoring concepts and implementation. Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Good knowledge of UNIX commands.
