Role Description
The Dynatrace Architect will be responsible for providing overall L3-level Dynatrace administration support and overseeing the implementation, optimization, and administration of the Dynatrace system.
Qualification & Experience Education: B. Tech / BE
Experience
7+ years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to deliver quality, cost-effective infrastructure services in a complex and high-availability environment. Ability to manage workload effectively in a pressurized and dynamic environment.
Certifications: ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines.
Skills Required
Technical Skills Strong knowledge in Dynatrace administration concepts. Expertise in APM-related areas with Java, .NET, and PHP. Ability to guide and direct teams during crisis situations, ensuring resolution within prescribed SLAs. Experience providing consultation on new projects, functionalities, migrations, and upgrades. Proficient in planning, initiating, and managing special projects/tasks.
Analytical Skills Expertise in technical fault isolation and troubleshooting.
Process Skills Ability to resolve service requests efficiently, with strong attention to detail and adherence to processes. Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM processes.
Other Skills Strong customer interface experience, including managing expectations and negotiating compromise solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team management experience with the willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
Roles and Responsibilities Provide L1/L2/L3 Dynatrace support for all Dynatrace-related activities. Possess end-to-end knowledge of Dynatrace implementation. Hands-on experience with at least one proof of concept (PoC). Strong experience with cloud implementations. Configure Process and Service detection rules. Adapt quickly to new configurations as per customer requirements. Identify and map key problem areas based on customer feedback. Strong knowledge of all Dynatrace services and functionalities. Expertise in problem-solving within tight deadlines, minimizing customer impact. Experience in raising support tickets and collaborating with Dynatrace support teams. Fulfill customer requirements effectively and consistently. Articulate the benefits of APM (Application Performance Management) to help customers transform their problem-solving approaches. Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork. Manage application architecture and understand the business impact of downtime. Prepare monthly shift rosters and manage the team members. Implement Dynatrace integrations with ITSM tools. Knowledge in Synthetic Monitoring concepts and implementation. Expertise in performing application performance analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management). Strong knowledge of UNIX commands.
