Perform SAP Basis L2 and L3 support activities. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis issues. Perform installations, upgrades, and configurations of SAP systems. Provide support for SAP NetWeaver Java and other components. Maintain system performance through monitoring and optimization. Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs. Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
Mandatory Skills
SAP Basis, L2 and L3 Support experience, SAP NetWeaver Java.
