Job Responsibilities
Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to first day on the job. Coordinate with relevant departments (IT, facilities, payroll) to ensure all tools, resources, and systems are in place before the new hire's start date. Conduct virtual and in-person onboarding sessions, introducing new hires to company policies, culture, and key teams. Assist new hires with document verification, benefits enrollment, and other administrative tasks. HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and maintaining accurate employee records. Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with up-to-date employee records, status changes, and other related information. Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, and other operational matters. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and communication initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Performance Management: Assist with the performance review process, helping managers with scheduling and tracking feedback sessions. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation is in order and compliant with statutory and organizational requirements. Prepare reports as required for HR and management purposes.
