Hiring for OIM Developer in India

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled OIM Developer with extensive experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of OIM design and implementation, with expertise in integrating and configuring connectors, developing custom rules and workflows, and managing OIM lifecycle events. This role involves active participation in OIM deployment activities and a strong background in Identity and Access Governance.

Key Responsibilities

OIM Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of OIM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and governance compliance. Connector Integration: Integrate and configure connectors for application integration, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality. Configuration and Development: Build and configure in-built OIM tasks such as aggregation, ID refresh, scheduled tasks, and correlation. Develop and configure OIM Lifecycle Events (LCM). Custom Development: Develop custom OIM Build Map Rules and workflows tailored to business needs. Participate in custom rule development and workflow configuration. Deployment Activities: Engage in all OIM deployment activities, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow development, and third-party system integration. Identity and Access Governance: Apply expertise in Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, and Privileged Account Management.

Technical Experience

OIM Expertise: Strong experience in OIM development and implementation. Connector Configuration: Experience in integrating and configuring connectors for app integration. Lifecycle Management: Proficiency in configuring OIM in-built tasks, aggregation, ID refresh, and lifecycle events. Custom Development: Ability to develop custom OIM Build Map Rules and workflows.

Mandatory Skills

OIM Development: Extensive experience in Oracle Identity Manager development.

Desired Skills

Domain Knowledge: Experience in Manufacturing or IT domains is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple locations (Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Pune).
