Hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Canada Payroll, US Payroll, OTL, Absence) in India

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience working with payroll systems for both the US and Canada, along with other key HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Absence, US Payroll, Canada Payroll, and OTL modules. Configure and maintain HCM functionalities including security, workflow, OTBI reporting, and page personalization. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and configure solutions to meet their specific needs. Assist in resolving any functional and configuration-related issues in the Oracle HCM system. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 full life cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM. Functional experience in at least two of the following modules: Absence, US Payroll, Canada Payroll, and OTL. Experience in configuring security, workflows, OTBI, and page personalization is preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
