Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

7-10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR programming and Object-Oriented Programming. Proficient in developing Object-Oriented and Classical ABAP programs, including: Reports, SmartForms/SAP Scripts, WebDynpro, and IDOC Processing. Expertise in technical development, with basic functional knowledge in modules like: PY (Payroll), PA (Personnel Administration), PD (Personnel Development), OM (Organizational Management), BN (Benefits), and TM (Time Management).

Experience with

SAP Query/InfoSetQuery (Ad-Hoc Query). ALV (ABAP List Viewer), Logical Databases (LDB). Batch Data Communication (BDC - both synchronous and asynchronous methods). LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench). Modifying and troubleshooting interfaces using ALE/IDOC, Flat File, RFC, BAPI, etc.

Work experience in

PU12 (Interface Toolbox), ADOBE Interactive Forms. Function Modules, RFCs, Dialog Programming. User Exits, BADIs, and CATS. ESS (Employee Self-Service) and MSS (Manager Self-Service). Dynamic Actions, Infotypes, and Report Classes.

SAP Enhancement technologies

Classical enhancements, BADI, BTE, and new Enhancement Framework. Experience in Enhancement Pack/Upgrade implementations, year-end service packs for Payroll, SPAU, and SPDD resolution. Strong understanding and experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of ECC integration programs with PNP, PAP, and PCH Logical Databases. Exposure to new-generation SAP technologies such as: Fiori (Fiori Application module support), OData, APIs, UI5 programming.

Experience working with

SAP CPI (HCI) for SAP and SuccessFactors integrations and interfaces. Unix commands and cryptographic processes in Linux environments. Proficient in Control-M and ticketing tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira. Comfortable working in Agile projects and managing technical objects end-to-end. Strong communication and analytical skills.
