Responsibilities

SAP Ariba Sourcing Expertise

Lead sourcing activities within the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring efficient supplier onboarding, RFx management, and auctions. Ensure smooth integration between SAP Ariba and other systems. Configure and customize SAP Ariba for sourcing processes as per business requirements.

Sourcing Process Management

Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from identifying sourcing needs to finalizing supplier contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to define sourcing requirements and timelines. Monitor and track the progress of sourcing activities and resolve any issues that arise.

Supplier Relationship Management

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of service. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure mutual growth and long-term success.

Communication

Work with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and communicate any issues that need attention.
