Job Description

We are seeking experienced SAP Basis L2 and L3 Support Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues using both ABAP and Java. This role is focused on providing expert support, so we are not looking for implementation specialists. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and resolving any technical challenges related to the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 support for SAP systems, focusing on issue resolution and troubleshooting. Use ABAP and Java skills to analyze and resolve problems. Monitor SAP systems to ensure performance and availability. Collaborate with other IT teams to address infrastructure or application-related issues. Follow best practices for maintaining a stable SAP environment.

Requirements

6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis support. Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP issues using ABAP and Java. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex scenarios. L2 and L3 support experience in managing SAP system performance, patching, and updates. Familiarity with Pan-India remote work environments. No implementation experience required; focus on support and troubleshooting.
