Key Responsibilities
Implement, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Indian payroll. Participate in at least 2-3 end-to-end (ETE) implementations. Gather requirements, plan and scope projects, design applications, configure systems, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of functional experience in SAP HCM. Strong skills in SAP human capital management modules. Excellent analytical, communication, and client interfacing skills.
