Job Description

We are seeking experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultants with expertise in Indian Payroll. The ideal candidates should have 4-6 years of relevant experience and a strong track record of working on SAP HCM modules, particularly with Indian Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules with a focus on Indian Payroll. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations (at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations required). Gather requirements, scope projects, design, configure, and test SAP HCM solutions according to business needs. Provide post-go-live support for smooth operations. Work closely with clients, displaying strong analytical, communication, and client interfacing skills.

Required Experience

4-6 years of functional experience in SAP HCM. Expertise in Indian Payroll is mandatory. At least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations. Experience in requirements gathering, scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in BSc, BCom, BE, BTech, MCA, BCA, MCom, or MBA.
