Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Indian Payroll. The ideal candidate should have between 8-14 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in implementing and customizing SAP HCM modules, specifically Indian Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Indian Payroll. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations (at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations required). Gather requirements, plan and scope projects, design applications, configure solutions, and test them in alignment with business requirements.

Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operation. Work closely with clients, providing expertise in SAP Human Capital Management solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, using your analytical and communication skills.

Required Experience

8-14 years of SAP HCM functional experience. Strong experience in Indian Payroll is mandatory. At least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations. Knowledge and hands-on experience in requirements gathering, design, configuration, and post-go-live support.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in BSc, BCom, BE, BTech, MCA, BCA, MCom, or MBA.
