Hiring for SAP SD and Vistex Consultant in Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD and Vistex Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP SD and Vistex, with a strong background in design, development, and implementation. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for Order to Cash processes, including Billbacks, rebate agreements, claims, and settlements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analysis and Solution Design

Perform detailed analysis of Order to Cash and Vistex requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

Troubleshooting and Support

Troubleshoot SAP Vistex and related third-party solutions. Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end users in SAP SD and Vistex areas.

Incident and Change Request Management

Deliver incidents and change requests within defined SLAs. Work with client Business Process Analysts (BPAs) to address incidents and change requests.

Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer

Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Project Oversight

Oversee and support projects across multiple business functions specializing in SAP Order to Cash. Analyze and document ongoing internal customer requests related to SAP SD/Vistex.

Mandatory Skills

Demonstrated experience in the overall design, development, and implementation of SAP SD and Vistex enhancements. Experience in SAP SD configuration and Vistex configuration; knowledge of ABAP is preferred. Strong experience with Vistex Pricing, Rebates, Incentives, Chargebacks, and designing agreements with various plans for Rebates and Incentives. Proficiency in sales activities such as Inquiry, Quotation, Contract, and Scheduling Agreement. Good communication skills and strong individual contributor capabilities, with the ability to lead and provide solutions.
