Hiring for SAP VIM Consultant (OpenText Upgrade Project) in India

Detailed Job Description

Participate in at least one implementation and two support projects in OpenText/VIM. Assist in OpenText/VIM upgrade projects, with a strong understanding of upgrade processes. Configure and manage Document Types, Process Types, and Archive Link settings. Set up Process Options (BCC/IC4SAP/IES/OCR) for efficient document management. Work with various channels, including Email, IDoc/XML, and manual processes (OAWD). Handle exception management and Business Rules configuration, including COA setup and approval procedures. Customize VIM email notifications to meet client specifications. Generate and maintain various VIM reports, such as VIM Analytics, Ageing Reports, and Month-end/Year-end closing reports. Maintain VIM roles and ensure accurate user access and permissions. Analyze and resolve workflow errors efficiently. Support the BASIS team with the installation of hardware components, including Archive/Content servers and IES/OCR. Understand integration points with MM and FI modules. Basic debugging skills preferred. Experience working within an S/4 HANA landscape is a plus.

Mandatory Skills

Experience with SAP VIM 23.4 and OpenText Upgrade Projects.

Desired Skills

Familiarity with BCC and IES.
