Technical Requirements

Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira

Basic knowledge of PowerShell Proficiency in Windows OS (Win10,11), software installation, Citrix, and MS Excel

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-checks and post-checks for deployments Follow up on deployment issues, report metrics, track failed installs, and perform remediation Escalate issues if deployment failures exceed thresholds Maintain documentation and procedures Provide desktop operational services across the firm
