Hiring for Senior Developer - AP HANA Cloud (Native HANA) in India

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Native HANA development and HANA Cloud migration strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on SAP HANA 2.0 and HANA Cloud, including data modeling, migration, and integration within the SAP BTP landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful deployment of cloud-based SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HANA Development & Migration

Lead and contribute to development efforts in Native HANA (HANA 2.0 XS Advanced) and HANA Cloud, including migration strategies to SAP Cloud.

Data Modeling

Design and implement Native HANA Data Models within both on-premise and HANA Cloud environments.

SAP BTP & BAS Integration

Work with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and Web IDE to build and deploy cloud-based applications.

Version Control & Deployment

Utilize GitHub for version control and transport of Native HANA Cloud objects to maintain code consistency across environments.

Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to align HANA Cloud solutions with business requirements and integration needs.

Must-Have Skills

HANA Development Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Native HANA development using HANA 2.0 XS Advanced and migration to HANA Cloud. SAP BTP Landscape: Thorough understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its components. Data Modeling: Expertise in HANA data modeling for both on-premise and cloud solutions. Version Control: Solid experience with GitHub for version control and transporting objects within HANA Cloud environments. SAP BAS/Web IDE: Practical experience working with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and Web IDE.

Nice-to-Have Skills

HANA Cloud Security: Understanding of HANA Cloud security principles and best practices. S/4 HANA & SLT Replication: Good understanding of S/4 HANA data models and SLT replication.
