Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Developer / Lead - Dynamics 365 CRM, the candidate will be responsible for:
Dynamics 365 CRM Development
Customization and Configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM across modules (Sales, Service). Working with Ribbon Customization, Sitemap Editing, and App Designing to tailor the CRM solution. Expertise in JavaScript and C# for developing plugins, workflows, and other extensions. Integration Experience: Implementing integration solutions with Logic Apps, Azure Integration Service, and Function Apps.
Agile Development and Version Control
Understand and implement Agile methodologies in project delivery. Proficient with GIT and TFS for source code versioning and team collaboration. Experience working with Azure DevOps, XRMToolbox, Rest Builder, and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) CRM capabilities.
Debugging & Issue Resolution
Strong ability to debug existing issues and provide solutions to CRM-related problems. Focus on debugging issues across modules, workflows, plugins, and customizations.
Business Analysis & Facilitation
Facilitating workshops, storyboarding, and prototyping activities to understand client requirements. Business analysis experience is advantageous to interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
System Integration
Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
Microsoft Certifications
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform are advantageous.
Skills
Mandatory Skills
Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service) Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) JavaScript and C# programming for customizations and plugin development. Dynamics 365 CRM customization including ribbon customization, sitemap editing, app designing. Integration experience using Logic Apps, Azure Integration Service, and Function Apps.
Good to Have Skills
Azure DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment. XRMToolbox and Rest Builder for enhancing CRM functionalities. Business Analysis: Experience with gathering business requirements and providing solutions through workshops and prototyping. Microsoft Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
