Hiring for Senior IAM Solutions Engineer in Bangalore

Overview: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, Ping DaVinci, PingOne, PingCentral, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID Mobile, as well as cloud services like AWS. This role emphasizes engineering over operations and requires a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions utilizing Ping Identity products. Architect and build secure, scalable IAM frameworks tailored to business and technical needs. Develop and maintain IAM solutions on AWS to enhance security and scalability. Conduct security assessments and audits of IAM systems, identifying and addressing risks. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM solutions, including design documents and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 8+ years of experience in security engineering or a related field. At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity products. At least 5+ years of experience with cloud services, particularly AWS. Experience with programming languages, preferably Java. Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting capabilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience in IAM within large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with security standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
