Hiring for Senior RPA Developers (PowerAutomate, Data Activator, AI Builder)

At least 4+ Years of relavent experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE applications and COTS Products.

Diversity in connectors used (Dataverse, Sharepoint, SQL, AzureAD, Custom connector built by them – not necessarily all, but the more the better)

Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model driven Apps), Portal Development and Power Automate experience.

Some SharePoint experience desired

Having a high level understanding of Solution design / Integrations

Provides technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented

Mentors & coaches PowerApps developers and team members

Day-to-day management of the technical teams, working closely with the Program/Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.

Participates in daily leadership calls, stand-ups, can outline performance of technical team

Good communication skills - They should be able to have regular calls with business stakeholders, provide updates, action feedback etc
