The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for the following:
Platform Expertise: Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, OMT platform capabilities, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, configuration, integration, REST API Explorer, Workspace, and Dashboard. Service Blueprints: Creation and management of service blueprints. Governance: Ensure architecture governance and ServiceNow implementation best practices. Business Prototypes: Interpret business requirements and create prototypes. Standards & Guidelines: Establish platform standards and guidelines, ensuring architectural techniques and approaches are approved.
Technical Reviews: Review detailed application, software, and system components across various technology stacks.
Solution Development: Ensure that architectural solutions meet both technical and functional requirements. System Improvements: Review existing system architecture and recommend improvements. Change Requests: Investigate and scope change requests, estimate the work required, and determine timeframes. Architectural Design: Conduct architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems to solve complex business and technical problems.
Scalable Solutions: Ensure robust and scalable solutions are delivered to meet business needs. Governance and Standards: Implement architectural governance, standards, and metrics for monitoring and improving architecture.
Team Guidance: Ensure that the team understands the implications of requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
