Project Details

• Experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.
• Minimum 4 year of experience in SAM (Software Asset Management) lifecycle is a must.
• Experience of Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a
• SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
• Good Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM/SAM/HAM module
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
• Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
• Understand full application lifecycle
• ServiceNow Certifications – CSA, CAD, CIS – SAM/ ITSM/Discovery"
