Job Details

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 4+ yrs working on ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
• ServiceNow implementation experience in CSM module.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including but not limited to Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification – CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM, CIS - CSM
