Key Responsibilities

Act as a Techno-Functional Lead for the Proof of Concept (POC) of the chatbot implementation. Facilitate direction setting and ensure the chatbot implementation aligns with business objectives. Identify pain points and define goals for the project, ensuring a clear roadmap for bot realization. Conduct business needs assessments and bot value assessments. Define the bot roadmap and oversee its successful execution. Chatbot Design, including Testing and Training. Provide technical design and architectural inputs on the chatbot application, considering the best-suited development technologies and environments. Offer guidance to the development team and ensure alignment with the project design and delivery best practices. Serve as the Technical SPOC for clarifications related to project design and implementation. Collaborate with CIMB and other relevant teams for the effective application of design principles.

Mandatory Skills

Experience as a technical lead with expertise in

Azure AI Studio (Fine-tuning, Prompt Flow) Azure AI Language Azure AI Search & Index C# .Net Copilot Agent

REST API

Python Scripting (scraping and crawling) Azure Blob Storage

Good to Have Skills

Ensure the project is in line with design and delivery best practices. Technical SPOC for project clarifications and design principles, collaborating with the client’s team.
