This role involves development, implementation, and solutioning for SAMPro in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAMPro processes and how to customize them to meet business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SAMPro solutions in ServiceNow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAMPro modules are integrated properly. Develop ServiceNow scripts for customizing SAMPro functionality. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAMPro related incidents. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in ServiceNow SAMPro (Service Asset and Configuration Management). ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, etc. Strong knowledge of SAMPro processes and best practices.

CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) CIS – SAM (Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM)
