Job Responsibilities

Architect and design integration capabilities and systems solutions to support business objectives. Exposure to end-to-end Procure-to-Pay data and processes, including Master Data (Multi-level BOMs, Routings, Work Centers), Forecasting, Source Determination, MRP, Inventory Strategies (Safety Stock, Consignment, Replenishment, Rebalancing), Subcontracting, PO Management, Supplier Capacity, Factory Capacity, and Constraints. Use Talend for integration tasks, focusing on extracting and transforming data from SAP ECC to Kinaxis RapidResponse. Act as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and System Analyst, effectively communicating with diverse audiences. Translate business functionality into business use cases. Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, covering all project phases:

Requirements: Validation and Alignment

Design: Blueprint and Specifications Develop: Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit Testing Test: Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing Training/Documentation Deploy: Cutover, Go Live Run: Post-mortem, Hypercare Manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of overall ETL/Systems Integration experience with 5+ years in Talend. Expertise in multiple enterprise systems, including SAP and no-code platforms like Talend. Experience with integrations involving SAP ECC or S/4 data and Kinaxis RapidResponse. Familiarity with CTO/ETO (Configure/Engineer to Order) environments. Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation programs, including analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, training, and data conversion. Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills. Proficient in Windows scripting and file transfers across internal/external networks. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools like Microsoft Power Platform. Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying languages like SQL.
