Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6 years working in ServiceNow platform.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow Api's. ServiceNow implementation experience in CSM module. Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including but not limited to Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder and Service Portal. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent scripting knowledge in ServiceNow
