Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Service Portal development. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized portals for users and customers on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building intuitive, user-friendly portals integrated with ITSM and CSM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portals to meet business requirements. Customize widgets, pages, and themes to enhance user experience and meet business needs. Implement ServiceNow Service Portal with ITSM, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules. Work with UI/UX teams to ensure the portal is user-friendly and performs optimally. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting for portals (Client Scripts, UI Scripts, etc.). Troubleshoot issues with portals and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions in line with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM processes and modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, UI Scripts, etc.).

Certifications

CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) CIS – CSM/ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM/ITSM)
