We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead and Application Manager with extensive experience in OpsCenter (version 8.9 or higher). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing production environments, particularly in high-stakes scenarios requiring expert support. This role demands proficiency in incident management, change management, and problem management, with a focus on ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Act as a technical lead for OpsCenter 8.9 or higher, providing L2 and L3 support. Oversee and manage critical incidents, ensuring rapid and effective resolution. Application Management: Take ownership of application management, including end-to-end issue resolution and proactive maintenance to prevent disruptions. Change and Problem Management: Serve as a Change and Problem Manager, overseeing change implementations and problem-solving processes to enhance system stability and performance. Incident Resolution: Handle critical incidents with urgency, requiring flexibility in working hours based on issue criticality and client needs. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication during incidents and problem resolution. Operational Efficiency: Ensure the production environment operates smoothly, making improvements as necessary to support ongoing business needs.
Must-Have Skills
OpsCenter Expertise: Proven experience with OpsCenter 8.9 or higher, particularly in L2 and L3 support roles.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Pharma Domain Exposure: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical domain is advantageous.
