Role Description

Position: Techno-Functional Lead for Proof of Concept (POC).

Responsibilities

Facilitate direction-setting and identify pain points in the system. Assess business needs and potential chatbot value. Define chatbot realization goals and create a roadmap. Oversee chatbot design, testing, and training. Provide technical and architectural design inputs for chatbot applications. Guide development teams and ensure smooth bot development. Align projects with delivery best practices, collaborating with client design teams. Act as the Technical SPOC for clarifications.

Mandatory Skills

Technical Expertise

Azure AI Studio (fine-tuning, prompt flow). Azure AI Language. Azure AI Search & Index. C# .Net. Copilot Agent.

REST API.

Python Scripting (scraping and crawling). Azure Blob/Storage.

Good-to-Have Skills

Ensure project alignment with design and delivery best practices. Experience as a Technical SPOC collaborating with client teams.

Number of Openings: 1 Duration of Contract: 6 months

Experience Required: 8–10 years.

Work Model: Hybrid (Work from Office in Hyderabad).
