Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead with 8-10 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). The role involves installation, configuration, and administration of various CyberArk components, along with leading maintenance support, automation, and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

CyberArk PAM Solution Installation/Configuration

Install and configure various CyberArk components such as Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP), and CCP.

Administration of CyberArk Components

Administer CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and CCP.

Privileged Access Management

Manage the creation of safes and platforms, Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, and Access Control Processes related to Privileged User Management.

Credentials Management

Implement and integrate CyberArk’s PAM solution for managing credentials across Unix, Windows, and Database systems.

Automation and Integration

Automate tasks using REST API and PACLI for efficient management of PAM tasks.

Maintenance and Support

Provide maintenance support, including certificate upgrades, releases, version updates, and addressing security vulnerabilities.

Reporting and Troubleshooting

Generate reports from PVWA, PAS Reporter, and PRK client, and troubleshoot issues related to password management for various types of accounts.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in CyberArk Administration and Implementation. Expertise in installation/configuration of CyberArk PAM solution. In-depth knowledge of managing CyberArk components such as Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CCP. Experience with Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, and managing credentials for Unix, Windows, and Database systems. Proficient in REST API and PACLI automation for PAM solutions. Knowledge of maintenance, upgrades, releases, and security vulnerabilities related to CyberArk. Ability to generate and troubleshoot reports for password management.
