Hiring for Web Developer Full Time (Remote)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to client specifications. You will work closely with designers and content creators to build and maintain highly functional and visually appealing websites.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly website features and functionalities. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for performance and scalability. Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. Debug and troubleshoot website issues and fix bugs in a timely manner. Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for web development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve web solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and QA processes to ensure the quality of web applications.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Web Developer (2+ years). Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python. Understanding of web standards, SEO best practices, and website optimization techniques. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket). Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a remote team.

Nice to Have

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify). Understanding of API integration and basic database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of cloud hosting environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Familiarity with web accessibility standards and compliance (WCAG, ADA).
