Zscaler Deployment and Configuration

· Deploy and configure Zscaler services, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and ZDX (Zscaler Digital Experience) · Experience with deployment of ZCC, On prem/Cloud Connectors and PSE · Collaborate with network engineers and security teams to integrate Zscaler into the existing network architecture. · Coordinate with Infra Security Architect, Network & Clod Infra Team, Application Deployment & Support team to contribute and suggest suitable Zscaler solutions for Private and Public destinations accessibility. · Contributing in Migration and Deployment from Legacy environment to Zscaler solutions (ZPA, ZIA & ZDX). · Suggesting & Implementing business required Zscaler solutions for Traffic Forwarding Control such as PAC, Zscaler App, GRE or IPSec Tunnel, SIPA and Combinations as per requirements. · Zscaler Client Connector Management & Deployment. • Deploy and Manage App connectors at on-Prem / Cloud environments. · Deploy & Manage ZPA Multi-Tenant Access (Partner Tenant). · Design and implement required ZPA Access Policy, Web & Cloud Control, Next Gen Firewall, DNS control & DLP policies. · Create and Manage App Profile & Forwarding Profile as per requirements. · Deploy & Manage NSS, LSS Log Services. · Evaluating & suggesting new Zscaler features to costumer. · Analyzing ZDX, MTR & PCAP for Troubleshooting issues · Coordinating with Zscaler TAC for ER or Special Requirements & Incidents. · Implement Access Policies, App segments, App segment groups, Connector group to manage remote VPN traffic. · Implement and manage App connectors in on-Prim / cloud environments. · Implement SIPA polices to allow access for special requirements. · Managing posture profiles for end devices to tighten the security. · Implementing and managing multi-Tenant for 3rd party users. · Create and Managing GRE Tunnels, IPsec Tunnels & Locations Management. · Contributing in Network transmission with Zscaler solutions (Legacy to SD-Wan) · Manage dynamic location group, Location, Sub-location, Bandwidth control to allow or restrict location base traffics. · Create and Manage URL Filtering Policy, Cloud App Policy & Firewall Policies to manage Web and Non-Web Traffic. · Manage Custom URL Categories to allow or block URLs. · Enforcing or Bypassing SSL inspection for traffic as per requirement Network Troubleshooting: · Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, such as connection errors, slow internet speed, or service degradation. · Utilize Zscaler’s troubleshooting tools and best practices to identify and address problems promptly.

Firewall Management

· Manage firewall policies and rules within the Zscaler platform. · Ensure secure traffic flow and compliance with organizational policies.

User Support

· Provide level 3 support to end-users experiencing Zscaler-related issues. · Educate users on Zscaler features and self-help options.

Documentation

Maintain accurate documentation related to Zscaler configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Participate in incident response and security incident investigations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Zscaler Administrator or similar role. Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZCCA, ZCCP) preferred.

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.). Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
