Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor service availability and health via the Zscaler dashboard. Manage requests, incidents, and changes. Collect event logs and manage alerts. Proactively calibrate security rules and access policies on the Zscaler platform. Ensure Zconnector app availability on endpoints. Prepare monthly ITSM compliance reports.

Mandatory Skills

Expertise in Zscaler ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access).

Desired/Secondary Skills

ServiceNow experience. Domain: Services

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)

Assignment Duration: 3 months initially, with the potential for extension to 6 or 12 months
