Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Skills

Extensive experience in Cyber Security within the financial sector, with a focus on process development and Information Protection. Significant involvement in developing processes for Information Protection implementation programs, including Information Classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Assist in working with Microsoft Compliance Center and other DLP tools. Experience with Information Classification and DLP in an enterprise setting. Strong understanding of DLP for data at rest, data in motion, and data in use. Proficiency in DLP processes such as rules development and incident management. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions. Good understanding of logging, log transferring, and querying techniques.

Mandatory Skills

Expertise in DLP and Information Protection.

Desired/Secondary Skills

Experience in working with DLP policies, identifying false positives, and providing inputs for policy calibration. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop processes for DLP implementation, exception management, incident management, change management, monitoring, and metrics development. Contribute to the development and refinement of DLP rules. Define and document DLP processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate agreed processes into the organization. Provide input for end-user guidance and communication materials. Ability to present reports and interact with senior leaders. Domain: CLD SEC – Cyber Design Cyber Build
