Hiring PHP Developer

Job Description We are looking for a talented and motivated PHP Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks and be able to develop and maintain web applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and MySQL. Work with MVC frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony to build scalable solutions. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices. Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Stay updated with emerging web technologies and implement best coding practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in PHP development. Proficiency in Core PHP, OOP, and MySQL database management. Hands-on experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or any MVC framework. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. Experience with REST API development and third-party API integration. Knowledge of Git version control and basic Linux commands. Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance. Good understanding of security best practices in web development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React.js. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). Understanding of Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
