Immediate requirement for GCP Infrastructure Engineer in USA for a Publishing Company

Job Details

Managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), which includes understanding and deep knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GIT, Docker Google Kubernetes Engine. Building, deploying, managing, troubleshooting GKE clusters (auto-pilot and regular), managing/provisioning storage for GKE (PVS), Gateways/Load Balancers for GKE - using as much IaC as possible. Experience managing and configuring configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet and Terraform Knowledge of GCP security services. Logging and monitoring with log explorer and prometheus.

Core Skills

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. Strong knowledge of GIT for version control. Competence in Docker for containerization.

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

Expertise in building, deploying, and managing GKE clusters (auto-pilot and regular). Ability to troubleshoot GKE cluster issues. Experience in managing and provisioning storage for GKE (Persistent Volume Storage - PVS). Knowledge of configuring Gateways/Load Balancers for GKE using IaC.

Configuration Management

Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.

Security and Compliance

Understanding of GCP security services and best practices. Ability to implement and manage GCP security configurations.

Logging and Monitoring

Proficiency in setting up and managing logging with GCP Log Explorer. Experience with monitoring solutions like Prometheus.
