Bizoforce is hiring a Manhattan WMS Implementation Consultant (Techno-Functional) to lead the implementation and optimization of Manhattan Active and Scale WMS solutions. The role bridges business and technical teams to configure, integrate, test, and deploy WMS solutions across warehouse operations. The consultant will support warehouse transformation, system integration, process optimization, go-live activities, and post-implementation support while working closely with supply chain and warehouse operations teams.

Experience

• 5–10 Years of professional experience.
• 3+ Years hands-on experience with Manhattan Active and Scale WMS implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Manhattan Active and Scale WMS implementations.
• Translate warehouse processes into functional requirements and system configurations.
• Analyze receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes.
• Support integrations with ERP, TMS, WCS, MHE/ASRS, and other systems.
• Prepare URS, process flows, functional/technical specifications, configuration guides, test scenarios, and SOPs.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and UAT and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver system enhancements.
• Support warehouse teams and mentor junior WMS consultants.
• Drive WMS process improvements and warehouse automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain transformation.
