Bizoforce is hiring a WMS-Manhattan Consultant with hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WM to support warehouse transformation, WMS implementation, deployment, and supply chain optimization initiatives. The role involves supporting warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse processes, along with configuration, testing, rollout, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

Experience

• 5+ Years of relevant WMS experience.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Manhattan Active WM implementations.
• Support inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse processes.
• Participate in solution deployment and production rollouts.
• Provide post-go-live support and system stabilization.
• Drive warehouse process improvements and system optimization.
• Support WMS configuration and enhancements.
• Perform configuration and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage defects through JIRA.
• Perform API testing using Postman.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams.
