Junior Analyst – Remote (India)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to help improve business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data Assist in data validation and quality checks Support senior analysts in research and analysis tasks Maintain proper documentation and reporting processes Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements Present findings and insights in a clear and structured manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in analytics, research, or data-related roles Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts) Basic understanding of SQL Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau (Preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field Basic knowledge of data visualization tools Understanding of business analysis concepts
